v0.47.0: Improvements, Spot support and USDC contracts on Bybit, and More

I'm thrilled to announce the release of Jesse version 0.47.0 with several new features, improvements, and a fix. Let's dive in:

What's new

• [FIX] Improved market order detection for lower prices, thanks to Movi's PR
• [IMPROVEMENT] The handling of market order submissions on Binance Futures has been enhanced to prevent the "The exchange did not respond as expected for order execution" error.
• [NEW FEATURE] Default fees (for backtests) for all Bybit Futures have been lowered to 0.0550%
• [NEW FEATURE] Added new exchange driver Bybit USDC Perpetual for trading on Bybit with USDC as the settlement currency. Bybit USDC Perpetual Testnet is also available for testing.
• [NEW FEATURE] Added support for spot trading on Bybit with the new exchange driver Bybit Spot. Bybit Spot Testnet is also available for testing. Both classic and unified accounts are supported.

ByBit Driver

The new Spot driver in ByBit supports both classic and unified accounts. I recommend upgrading to a unified account for better stability. ByBit is updating its API to align classic accounts with unified ones, which may lead to issues but it seems like their main focus is on unified accounts which is also the new default when you register.

What's coming?
